Hi! Our week started off with a trip to the new playground / splash park with Lori & Kamryn. It was lots of fun and a great way to beat the heat! Kamryn and Joseph seemed to have a good time running from spot to spot, getting wet and playing with all the different types of fountains.
Yesterday, we met up with my Mom's group for a dance party at one of the little boy's homes. It was a really cute idea. Joseph was thrilled to see that this little boy had lots of toys from the movie CARS, so he was busy checking them out.
Today, we are going to meet up with Pam for a trip to Babies R Us. I'm sure this may be the first of several trips over the next few months! I want to check out some things we may need for the baby. I've been looking into the different types of double strollers on the market and thinking that this may be something to invest in.
We have another playdate planned for tomorrow at a local pottery studio. I found out that they offer storytime and then each child gets to paint something. Sounds like lots of fun! Tomorrow's story is about a turtle. I'll let you know how it turns out!
