Happy Monday! Eight days until Christmas! Today, we went to our first event with the new playgroup that I joined. It was really great! We met at a new park not too far away from our home and there were about 15 children there. All of the ladies are stay at home moms and were very friendly. There was a cookie/treat exchange so we also got to bring home some snacks. Brian eagerly made our cookies, which were sugar cookies in Christmas shapes and butter pecan bars. The pecan bars were awesome!
Brian's company car should arrive tomorrow and it's a red SUV. Boy, I bet Joseph is going to love it. Pretty soon, we'll be checking out that mini-van for me. It's definitely not my first choice in vehicles, but it makes sense.
Pop Pop will be visiting on Wednesday and it's been really nice to have everyone visit this month!
Ten more days until I have my next doctor's appointment and the special ultrasound. I can hardly wait! :)
