Update on Small Fry

Hi! For those of you who may be unfamiliar with the term "small fry", that is the nickname that Joseph likes to call Jacob. Today, I took him to the doctor for his four month checkup. He is growing so fast and doing very well. He weighed 14 pounds, 6 ounces and was 25 1/4 inches long! He has pretty much moved on to wearing his size 6 month clothing now. I thought he would at least be 15 pounds, because he feels so solid! He received 4 shots and was a wee bit fussy this afternoon. "No Nap Joe" woke up at 6 am today. Gotta love this time change, right? Anyway, he crashed shortly after 1pm in the car on our way home. In fact, he is so tired that he is still sleeping---3 hours! I suppose he is recharging his batteries and will be operating at full strength when we wakes up.
He is really enjoying school these days and actually told me that he did not want to leave (on two separate occasions) when I arrived to pick him up last week. This week is his last week of swimming lessons, which have been wonderful. Last week, they snapped some underwater photos of him. I can't wait to see how they turned out. He will also be starting to play flag football soon! I am very eager for this to start to see if he enjoys it. He wants to "run like Hester!" Hester is a player for the Chicago Bears. His father has turned him into a Bears fan instead of a Saints fan!
See you guys later!

It's never too late to convert to a Saints fan - don't give up!
