Hi there! Today is Oma's birthday and we hope it's a wonderful day!
Yesterday was Mardi Gras day and we did our best to dress in purple, gold and green. We missed the big action taking place in NOLA (that's New Orleans, Louisiana), but we had some colorful party masks that Joseph and his school friends enjoyed wearing!
We've been spending the afternoons outside this week because the weather is beautiful!
Oops, it's time to go now to pick up Joseph from school. I do have a funny comment to share: The other day, the boys and I were in the van driving home from one of our playdates and Joseph asked me, "Mommy, what do you want to be when you grow up?" Is this great or what? He then offered some career advice and suggested that I become a train driver (conductor) at Disney. Hmmm... now why hadn't I thought of that? :)
