Happy Birthday Jake!

Hurray, Jake is 2! Happy Birthday to my sweet little guy. I know this post is after his birthday, but we've been so busy with our trips that I didn't have time to post on his big day. I can hardly believe it has been two years since he has joined our family. We love you very much, Jakey! I'm so happy to be your Mommy. :) xoxoxo
