So, I thought everyone may get a chuckle out of this little story. Last night, I was giving Joseph a bath in the big tub and he was having a great time with the bubbles and his toys. I was sitting on the floor watching him play and trying to remove the fingernail polish from my toes. I looked at him and he had the "I have to go to the bathroom" look on his face. I asked him what he was doing and he said, "pooping". I told him we should go on the potty. I asked him several more times if he had to go. He said no, continued to play with his toys and nothing happened. A few minutes later, I noticed he stood up and moved to the other side of the tub. I asked him what happened and he said "poop". Yes, it was everywhere. Lucky me. Brian had cleaned up the kitchen after dinner and was watching the end of the Bears game. I was happy to give Joseph a bath until this happened! So, you can imagine the production that followed: out the tub into the shower, out the shower for his pj's, me cleaning out the tub and then the disinfecting of the toys. Anyway, life goes on... but this was something that I hope does not happen again!
I am definitely experiencing more pregnancy symptoms , the primary one being that I am hungry quite often. I forgot how hollow my stomach feels when there is someone else to feed too! Yesterday, I even stopped to pick up a hamburger from McDonald's after running some errands, which included stopping at the grocery store to get dinner. I sure hope I will only gain the 22 pounds that I did with Joseph. Well, I think I am going to work on my "to do's" while the little prince is asleep. Bye-
