Our Mardi Gras playdate was a success! The kids had a great time and the cupcakes were a hit! Kathryn and Paul were able to join in the morning festivities and graciously assisted us with the tables and the setup. Afterwards, we also joined Lori and Kamryn for lunch at Chick-Fil-A! It was lots of fun!
On Friday, Lauren arrived and spent the weekend with us. We visited the park, got a little damp from the rain, and had a good visit.
On Saturday morning, Brian played a game of flag football with the dads from our playgroup. He had a good time and his team won! He intercepted a pass with one hand too! He gets my vote for the MVP of the game. I'm going to put a picture up in a few. From what I hear, the guys are planning to play again so we may have to sign up Brian for the draft! I think the Saints could use him...
Our little Joseph is not quite himself. I think he may be coming down with a cold. He needs to rest, but he doesn't think so! (surprise!)
