Yesterday we checked out a possible preschool for Joseph. We spent a couple of hours there and it was really nice. I think he enjoyed playing with the other children (mostly boys) and it definitely wore him out! If we decide to move forward with it, it would be three half-days and I am able to join him to ease the transition. In fact, the moms take different days of the week to help out the program.
Today, we went to Sea World with my friend Laurel. She has a little girl that is close in age to Joseph and a new little one that is eight months old. The weather was wonderful and we had a great time! Cassidy (her little girl) and Joseph enjoyed each other's company. Joseph even wanted to hold her hand as we walked to the dolphin show! It was cute!
We've added some new cars to his collection. We finally found the Sheriff! For those of you that don't know, it has been pretty tough to find this particular car from the Disney movie CARS. Our gift cards have certainly come in handy too!
I'm feeling alot better, but the cold is still lingering a little bit. I hope we can get to bed early tonight. It's a bummer that the writers strike is still ongoing, because several of my favorite shows have not been on for a while! Yes, I know there are much bigger problems in the world than this issue but it's hard to find something good to watch! Catch up with you again soon!
Next baby appointment is at the end of the month, but no news about when I'll get to do another ultrasound and find out more about the little one. Take care!
